Cricket Academy Registration

Registration is as easy as 1-2-3!

    Note: Both PDF and Word versions of the form are provided here. If preferred, the Word version can be completed as a softcopy and then printed or saved and e-mailed.
     
  2. Consult the Programs page for classes and fees. Be sure to include any applicable discounts! (see below for more information on discounts.
     
  3. Submit registration form and payment by July 31, 2010

Discounts & Credits

There are discounts and credits that may be applied against program fees.

Referral Credit

A space is provided on the Registration Form for NEW families to indicate the name of the family who referred them to Cricket Academy. The family named will receive a $25 credit toward their Spring 2011 tuition. If the same family is named on more than one NEW Family Registration Form, they will receive 50% off of a class for the Spring 2011 session in addition to the $25 credit. See an example below:

Refer one NEW Family = $25 credit toward Spring 2011 tuition.

Refer two NEW Families = $25 credit and 50% off one class offered during the Spring 2011 session.

Refer three NEW Families = $25 credit and 50% off two classes offered during the Spring 2011 session.

This credit is not redeemable for cash and is not transferrable.

Multiple Family Member Credit

Families who enroll three or more students from their family will receive a $25 credit toward their Spring 2011 tuition. This credit applies to the number of family members only, not number of classes. See an example below:

Volunteer Discounts

A tuition discount is offered in conjunction with certain volunteer positions. Please go to the Donations/Volunteer Page for information regarding volunteer position openings.
